How do I check my order status?

To check the status of your order simply click on the "account" link at the top, right hand side of the page. If you are not currently signed in you will be prompted to do so. Once you are signed into your account click on the "Order History" link. You will be presented with a list of all your orders and the respective order status.

How do I make a return?

Returns at Wakeside are simple and hassle free. We accept returns up to 30 days from the shipment date of your order for a full refund to you card. For instruction on how to make a return please visit our Returns & Exchanges section.

How do I order online?

To place an order on Wakeside simply browse to the product page of the product you want to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button. Once the item appears in your cart simply click the "Checkout" button. If you are not signed in you will be prompted to do so (if you have not created an account before click the "register" button and follow the instructions).

Once you arrive at the "Billing & Shipping Address" page check and confirm that the billing address is correct and that the shipping address is the same address. After you have confirmed the addresses click the "Continue" button. (If at any time you need to go back and change any info click the "Back" button.)

On the "Shipping Method" page select your shipping method and click the "Continue" button.

On the "Payment Information" page select your credit card type and enter your card information. If you have a coupon to apply, enter the code in the provided box. Double check and make sure your order total is correct and then enter you credit card information. Once everything is entered correctly click the "Place Order" button. (Once you have clicked "Place Order" do not click refresh the page until you see the order confirmation screen).

On the "Review & Submit Order" page, please review all your order information and ensure it is correct. Once you have verified your information click the "submit order" button.

After your order has processed (it usually takes a couple seconds) you will be taken to the order confirmation page that will display your order number.

What are your shipping options?

We offer Ground (free for orders over $50), 3 Day (for only $3), 2 Day, and Next Day services. Most orders ship out via UPS. In Canada we offer UPS Standard and UPS Worldwide Expedited as our only methods. Outside of the US and Canada we ship all orders UPS Worldwide Expedited. Do I get free shipping on my order?

All Orders placed on Wakeside.com over $50 receive free Ground Shipping for orders shipped inside the US.

How do I take advantage of the Wakeside Low Price Guarantee?

To take advantage of the Wakeside Low Price Guarantee, please contact us and reference the web link for the lower priced product and we will make the proper adjustment on your purchase. When utilizing the Wakeside Low Price Guarantee please keep in mind the following rules and conditions:

  • Wakeside Price Guarantee is only valid on products sold by factory authorized internet dealers.
  • Wakeside Price Guarantee is not available on any coupons or individual discounts.
  • Wakeside Price Guarantee is only available on an exact, in stock product with a displayed internet price (not price implied after promotions and coupons)

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Most orders that have not shipped are able to be changed or cancelled. However, keep in mind that most orders ship out the same day they are ordered. If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: Wakeside does not accept cancellations for custom manufactured items once they have entered the manufacturing process. This includes custom and exact fit wakeboard towers, bimini tops, and custom boat decals. If you have any questions please contact us.

Can I add or remove items to an order once it's placed?

The easiest way to add something is to simply place a new order online for the new item you wish to purchase. If your original order has special shipping arranged that you wish to take advantage of please contact us.

Can you ship to my PO Box?

We do not ship to PO BOX address. Please provide us with a physical addresses and we will gladly ship your order.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

There is no sales tax charged on any order at Wakeside. If you are shipping internationally you may be required to pay your local duty and taxes (see International Orders for details).

Where is Wakeside located?

How do I know if something is in stock?

We provide live inventory on every product we sell on our website. If an item is listed as "Ships Same Day" on the product page then it is in stock and ready to ship. If a product is out of stock, but we will be receiving more, an expected arrival date will be displayed. If a product is out of stock for good it will be unavailable for purchase.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. We are unable to make any exceptions to this list. For more information please check our International Orders Policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time.
