Countries We Ship To:
Australia, Canada, Dubai (UAE), France, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If you do not live in one of our authorized countries, we will ship to any U.S. location where you can have freight forwarding issued from there.
All international orders our verified by our billing department. If there is a discrepancy with your billing information we will contact you to resolve the issue. To ensure quick processing of your order please ensure that any international order (any orders shipped or billed outside the US) has a shipping address that matches the billing address. If there is a billing issue that needs to be resolved on your order we may hold shipment until billing information can be verified.
International Shipping (Not Canada)
We ship our international orders with UPS Worldwide Expedited which takes roughly 7-10 business days. To determine the cost of shipping please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you see the Shopping Cart page displayed you will be able to select your country and have your shipping fees calculated.
The International shipping rate does not include duties and taxes in the shipping cost. If you ship via International Shipping, regardless of the country you are shipping to, you will have to pay duties and taxes to the delivering company. Please check with your local government or UPS agency to estimate the amount you will be charged by them.
Please Note: Wakeside reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 pounds. Heavy and oversized orders may require additional shipping charges.
Canada Shipping
We offer Canadian Standard as our shipping method to Canada. This service takes roughly 5-10 business days to be delivered. To determine the cost of shipping please add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you see the Shopping Cart page displayed you will be able to select your Province and have your shipping fees calculated.
We have worked hard to make shipping to Canada as easy as possible. We now include all international importing costs (brokerage fees, taxes, duties) into the UPS Canadian Standard shipping cost. This means that all orders shipped out using UPS Canadian Standard will have complete visibility of the entire cost of their order. There will be no additional charges when your package is delivered.
All other International policies apply for Canadian customers.
International Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as our only methods of payment for international orders. All prices listed on wakeside.com are in US dollars. You will be charged by your credit card company the US dollar amount converted by your country's current exchange rate.

If we are having trouble verifying your billing information, we will ask your permission to verify your card through a Small Charge Verification.
What we do:
- We charge your credit card an amount greater than $0, but less than $1.00USD.
- Contact you via email informing you that we have assessed the small charge.
What you do:
- Contact the bank associated with that credit card to learn the exact amount of the small charge. It will show up as a charge by Wakeside.com.
- Call us at 866.925.3743 to confirm the charge and finish processing your order. You can also send an email to sales@wakeside.com with your name, order number, and small charge amount included in the body of the email.
Why we do it:
This process is the easiest way to confirm that you have the credit card in your hands, know your account number and bank information, and are in good standing with your bank. Once we have confirmed your card, your order will be processed right away and you won't be asked to go through this process to place future orders. The amount charged to your card will be credited back when your credit card is confirmed.
