Dear Crew at Wakeside, We (me and my 2 sons) received the wakeboard package (2008 Hyperlite State 140 w/ Remix bindings) right on time last Friday afternoon and were on the water within one hour after tearing open the box. The boys really love their new wakeboard and the bindings are excellent too. I will be doing business with you guys again in the future. Also, the Wakeside wakeboard carry bag is very nice. Thanks.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for the customer service on my previous order. I have always enjoyed purchasing from you in the past, but on my last order, the elbow fitting on one of the Tsunami pumps was cracked. I called customer service and they sent another one out right away. I was expecting that I would have to pay for it or for shipping or at least to get an argument, but they just sent it out. Wow. It's been a few weeks since my board came but just wanted to say thanks for an outstanding shopping experience. I ordered a CWB Pure which ended up being on backorder, but your shipment came in earlier than I was told, so I got my board by the weekend. Talked with 3 different people and each were very professional. I don't shop online much and this is my first time emailing a supplier but I feel when something works as it should or better, it needs to be addressed. My experience with Wakeside has been outstanding, from the support staff to the 3 day 3$ shipping to the no sales tax. I ordered a jetpilot wetsuit along with a wakeboarding o'neil vest. i just wanted to say that this was the most positive online shopping experience i've had. i've shopped online before but never got what i wanted from other stores. With Wakeside the products i received were exactly as they are on the website and their suggested size was accurate. BUT, you guys had the catch of 3 dollars in 3 days. Even though ground gets to my address in less, it is a good guarantee. I ordered a Protec wakeboard helmet from another shop the other day. They tried getting in touch with me but never emailed me. I find out later that they couldn't ship overnight so they held off on the order. They end up sending it ground eventually but now I don't need it because I got mine from you already! I just wanted to let your company know that service is excellent and all the emails get to as fast as I place orders. Nice to know someone is doing their job in the wakeboarding industry! I just wanted to thank you for the great service. As you know, I purchased the XTP OEM mastercraft tower for my 230 MS and just wanted to let you know that everything turned out great. The delivery was excellent - it took only 10 days to get the tower from Tennessee to Kelowna, BC without any hassle at the border. Also, I have a certified mastercraft mechanic that installed the tower and he had it done in about 3 hours (and this guy is very particular about his work).

I normally don't leave customer feedback, but last week my prop got bent and I had plans to ride all weekend. I ordered one from wakeside and I wasn't sure if it would get here in time. I called customer service and a rep named spencer went out of his way and took care of the whole thing himself. He made sure it was shipped out that day on next day air, and made sure ups was able to do a Saturday delivery in my area. I'm sure that Wakeside is extremely prosperous and will continue to be with these guys working there! I am just extremely impressed with wakeside overall. I will be ordering again soon...my fiancé needs a wakeboard...so that will be the next purchase, and maybe i'll sneak in some speakers while she's not looking ;) I definitely will go with the recommendations of Jason and Spencer. You guys are good! I received the complete shipment today here in Canada & everything was terrific. Thanks for the prompt service, reply to emails & delivery. You have one of the best web sites & easiest to use web sites I have ever seen & used on the internet. I am having a tower installed on our boat this week & I am sure I will be able to think of a few other things we will need this summer. I'll send you a review of the stuff I ordered later on when we get a chance to use it. The season is fairly short up here in the "Great White North." I will definitely buy them from Wakeside. Hi there. A little comment on my experience with Wakeside.com. I live in Denmark, Europe and have a friend who lives in Chicago pick up my stuff up and bring it to me. All I have heard from wakeside whenever I sent an e-mail is that's no problem. I think that's awesome. I have never experienced such good customer service before. Even though I live in Denmark, Europe, have changed my ship to address and bought items that wasn't in the store yet.

I ordered a helmet from Wakeside for my daughter, for when she sky skis. Wakeside had the best price around.
